PSR J1909-3744 has been observed to undergo rapid mode changes in two short MeerKAT observations. We previously found no evidence of mode changes in five hours of mode changes. We propose to re-observe single pulses in J1909-3744 to see if it is continuing in its current state, returned to its original state, or if it is in some new state. Any of these possibilities of this bizarre phenomenon leads to interesting implications for the pulsar astrophysics and precision timing experiments.
