The ionized interstellar medium is a highly dynamic system that evolves over many timescales. Scintillation of pulsar emission presents one of the best ways to probe this evolution on astronomical unit-to-parsec scales. Recent observations of PSR J2022+5154 have found a multiple order-of-magnitude change in scintillation behavior from the previous 20 years of data, indicating a line of sight that is rapidly evolving over weekly or monthly timescales. We propose to observe this pulsar with bi-weekly cadence to monitor this continuing evolution.
