Polarization and spectrum study of FRB20240114A
Abstract
Recently Canadian Hydrogen Intensity Mapping Experiment (CHIME) Virtual Observatory Event (VOE) has detected three bursts from FRB 20240114A. FRB 20240114A is an active nearby repeating FRB and the burst rate is estimated to be greater than 10/hr. We request GBT observations at 300 MHz or 800 MHz to search for new bursts. This will enable the uniquely-powerful measurements of polarimetry and spectrum.
