This proposal aims to make the first direct measurement of how many galaxy clusters are being missed by Sunyaev-Zel'dovich Effect (SZE) surveys due to sources, a number that is not accurately known. We propose to do this by making shallow maps of clusters from the eFEDS X-ray cluster catalog that are missing from the Atacama Cosmology Telescope (ACT) DR5 catalog even though they have masses, redshifts, and locations in the ranges where they should be included. The sample of 96 clusters is complimentary to our recently completed MUSTANG2 survey of DR5 clusters and when combined, the two samples will be able to put strong limits on the nature and evolution of sources in clusters and it will tell us if the source population between X-ray and SZE selected clusters is the same. Knowledge of the statistics of this population is vital in allowing current and future cluster surveys to reach their potential and obtain sub-percent values of cosmological constants. Currently most of our knowledge of compact sources in clusters requires extrapolation over 1 to 2 orders of magnitude in frequency. Observations from MUSTANG2 offer a chance to get a direct measurement at the frequencies that matter to SZE experiments.
